The most energetic folk tabernary from León (Spain) It was born in 2007 with the aim of producing a repertoire based on the music of the Leonese tradition but unknown to the general public, revitalizing this repertoire and endowing it with a more contemporary character. Fruit of that initiative appears his first work "Si esperaran las liebres…" (2010), an album recorded live, that reflects perfectly the beginnings of the duo, and his firm commitment with the tradition. It represents, in addition, a magnificent example of the force and energy that transmit in their concerts. With this album, the XII International Folk Competition "Cuartu los valles" is selected and won in 2011, reaching excellent critics coming from different media and scopes of the national folk scene. They have taken their music to diverse and diverse scenes of the Iberian peninsula among which we could emphasize the Provincial Ethnographic Museum of Leon, the Sierra-Pambley Foundation, the International Festival of Cabreira, the Ethnographic Museum of Castile and León, Teatro Latorre, Teatro Albeitar, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Castilla y León ... Currently, compaginan diverse works of compilation and diffusion, with the elaboration of which will be his next disc, whose appearance is scheduled for the autumn of 2012.
