Jon Gordon

Born in 1966 in New York, US. Alto and soprano saxophonist, composer/arranger, bandleader and jazz educator. Studied with Caesar Di Mauro and Phil Woods. First place winner of the 1996 Thelonious Monk International Jazz Saxophone Competition. Earned his master's degree at Manhattan School of Music, currently on the faculty at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada.
