Japanese singer-songwriter and arranger (born December 12, 1968) . She was born in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. She is a full member of the Japan Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers and a member of the Japan Composers and Arrangers Society.
Her father is saxophonist 松浦ヤスノブ. While writing songs for numerous singers, she also made her own debut as a singer in 1990 with the single "たいくつをたべるバク." While actively writing songs for numerous anime and voice actors, she is unusual among anime singer-songwriters in that she writes the lyrics, composes, and arranges the majority of her songs herself.
In 1996, she formed the duo "Liaison" with arranger 吉田潔. Since 2003, she has formed the unit "ユキクラ" with Masayo Kurata, and has been actively involved in activities such as live performances and CD releases.
