"Billy Hill" was an American country music group founded by : Dennis Robbins (vocals & guitar), Bob DiPiero (songwriter) and John Scott Sherrill (songwriter & guitarist). The group also included Reno Kling (bass) and Martin Parker (drums).Founded in 1989, disbanded in 1990, releasing only one album. "Rollin Dice" was written and composed by : Bob DiPiero, Dennis Robbins and John Scott Sherrill.
