Lithuanian guitarist, usually played in punk rock bands. Born 1967 in Vilnius. His nickname: Atsuktuvas. In 1986 he formed punk group WC (in Discogs: WC (4)), after year another group - 'Už Tėvynę' (1987). Later, this group used only the abbreviation UTV (about 1989). After UTV ceased activity, he founded the pop music project Nėrius Pečiūra Ir Komanda (1994–1999), followed by the punk rock bands Bacefalai (2002-2006) and Fantomai (since 2014), and regularly released solo albums.
