Antonín Vranický (June 13, 1761, Nová Říše, Czechia – August 6, 1820, Vienna, Austria), was a Czech violinist and composer of the classicist era. Younger brother of Pavel Vranický, also a composer. Antonín was a pupil of Mozart and Haydn. His works contain predominantly compositions for violin (duos, string quartets & concertos). His surname is sometimes written as Wranitzky.
