Víctor Piuma Vélez

Argentine Poet, Lyricist, Painter, Sculptor (b. January 12, 1891 - d. June 28, 1976). He wrote lyrics for the love of his life; his wife; music composer Rosita Melo. They also knew each other since they were young. "Desde El Alma" is one the most famous composition that they wrote together.
