Jon Pertwee

British actor and voice artist Born July 7, 1919, in Chelsea, London, England, UK Died May 20, 1996, in Timber Lake, Connecticut, USA During a long career in radio, stage and in film comedy., he is best remembered as the third incarnation of the "Doctor" in the TV series Doctor Who (1970-74). Brother of Michael Pertwee. Father of Sean Pertwee and Dariel Pertwee with his wife Ingeborg Pertwee. He was previously married to Jean Marsh from 1955 to 1960 (divorced).
