American composer, arranger, band-leader and accordionist. He wrote numerous TV theme songs and children's songs. He collaborated musically with his wife Anne Delugg, Bob Hilliard, Sammy Gallop, William Stein, and Allan Roberts. DeLugg and his wife composed film scores and songs for the mid 1960s American releases of German and Japanese children's films such as "Gulliver's Travels Beyond the Moon", "Puss in Boots", "Sleeping Beauty", "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" and the song "Hooray for Santa Claus" as well as the score for "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians". Born December 2, 1918 in Los Angeles, California, USA. Died April 6, 2015 in Los Angeles, California, USA. Married to Anne Delugg (1946-2002, her death).
