Sri Adi Shankara

Sri Adi Shankara (also known as or spelled - आदि शङ्कर, Shankara, Adi Shankaracharya, Shankara Bhagavatpada, Sankaracharya, (Ādi) Śaṅkarācārya, Śaṅkara Bhagavatpāda and Śaṅkara Bhagavatpādācārya.) Adi Shankara (788-820 CE) was a 8th century Indian philosopher and theologian who consolidated the doctrine of Advaita Vedanta and he is credited with unifying and establishing the main currents of thought in Hinduism.
