Polska Orkiestra Radiowa

Polska Orkiestra Radiowa based in Warszawa. Name used from 1990 to 2019. Since May 29, 2019, the new name of the orchestra is Orkiestra Polskiego Radia W Warszawie. Originally called Orkiestra Polskiego Radia, the name was changed to Polska Orkiestra Radiowa in the 1990s during the residency of conductor Tadeusz Strugała (1990-1993). The orchestra also moved to a new studio, Studio Koncertowe Polskiego Radia im. Witolda Lutosławskiego. Since February 2015, it was led by Michał Klauza, and from November 2016 Krzysztof Kur.
