50' Rock 'n' Roll band from Hamburg/Germany. Founded in January 1973 they startet as FRANNY'S ROCK 'N' ROLL ENSEMBLE. Later on in 1974 they changed their name to FRANNY AND THE FIREBALLS. Founding members: Ralf "Franny" Hartmann (guitar), Knut Hartmann (bass), Manfred Schmidt (drums) and Peter Voigt (sax). First gig: April 12, 1973. Side projects: Franny And The Fireballs Veteranen, Suzie & the Seniors, Susi's Schlagersextett.
