Johnny Male

British guitarist, born 10 October 1963. Part of early 1990s group Soul Family Sensation. Went on to be involved in other bands and projects, including Airstream, songwriting with Saint Etienne and Sarah Cracknell, Sub Sub, and Denim. Became a permanent member of Republica in 1996, co-writing the worldwide hit "Ready To Go". In 1999 he formed a new band, Cheapglue. Co-owned the Riki Tik Bar in London.
