American post-metal band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Self-described as "metal for astronauts," Rosetta incorporates elements of space rock, post-rock, sludge, drone, noise, and ambient. The band formed in 2003 and released its first three albums through Translation Loss Records. They have been fully independent since 2013.
