Jacques Leblanc

French journalist and record collector born on 1950-05-12 in Paris (XIV). He wrote for one of the most famous French musical magazines titled Best between 1970 and the beginning of the 1980s. He has also worked for Decca and was a fan of Rolling Stones. In 1978 he was the creator of the . In 1981 he co-founded the label. In 1984 he founded the best known magazine for record collectors, and the Convention Internationale des Disques de Collection (CIDIS) aka the International Record Collector Fair in Paris, France.
