Cal Lyall

Cal Lyall (b. Montreal, Canada) is a Tokyo based guitarist and sound artist focusing on improvisation, spatialization and urban noise. He has appeared on over 60 albums and performs regularly in Japan, with past tours through Africa, North America, Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East. He also heads the long-running Test Tone event series, runs Subvalent and oversees the Tokyo hub of Jolt Sonic Arts.
