American country rock guitarist and songwriter, born Sept. 30, 1945 in Linden, Texas. Richard Bowden is currently a third term councilman for the City of Linden, President of Music City Texas, Inc., and a director for the Linden Economic Development Corp. He is the cousin of Mike Bowden. Please don't mix up with Austin fiddler and mandolinist Richard Bowden
