Daniel Erdmann

Born in 1973 in Wolfsburg, Germany, Erdmann began playing the saxophone at the age of eleven. He studied at the Hanns Eisler Conservatory in Berlin and became part of a group of musicians playing contemporary jazz and improvised music. He got a grant to work in Paris in 2001 and since then he has shuttled between the two cities.
