Daniel Küblböck (born 27 August 1985 in Hutthurm, Bavaria, Germany) was a German singer and actor who rose to fame in 2002, thanks to his participation in the first season of the casting show Deutschland Sucht Den Superstar. He later appeared in various celebrity TV shows.
In 2011 he was adopted by real estate millionaire Kerstin Elisabeth Kaiser, resulting in an artist name change (first to Daniel Kaiser and later to Daniel Kaiser-Küblböck).
On 9 September 2018 Küblböck / Kaiser disappeared from a cruise ship. According to the cruise company he / she jumped overboard in the Labrador Sea, 185 kilometers north of St. John's, Canada. As of 10 March 2021 he / she was officially declared dead.
During her lifetime, there were increasingly clear signs that she wanted to follow the path of a trans woman. There are private pictures and messages from her that confirm this.
