The mono mix was intended to appear in Decca’s Nova series in early 1970, but that release was cancelled, with the stereo mix finally creeping out on Polydor in early 1971. Assembled with the full participation of John ‘Twink’ Alder, this deluxe set comes in a gatefold sleeve and includes a reproduction of the original lyric sheet as well as a large-format colour booklet telling the full story behind its creation.
