“The CD with this release is purple on silver, the other release is black on silver with a completely different format. This release has 11 tracks, including 'D.M.S.R.', where the other release has only 10 tracks and does not include 'D.M.S.R.'. Also, this release has the WB logo on the rear insert whereas the other release does not. Lastly, on the other version's rear insert it states "To enable the release of 1999 as a single Compact Digital Disc, the song "D.M.S.R." has been omitted from the original LP edition." On this release, in place of that, it states "Produced, Arranged, Composed and Performed by Prince". 12-page booklet includes all lyrics. CD has both catalog numbers printed on it. Rear insert has the WB catalog number on both spines. Although most all of the credit is given to Prince for the album, "and The Revolution" is mirrored in text in an awkward manner on the front cover.”
