This version is in an old style, oversized, blow moulded case. This is black on the inside and moulded with the label insignia, whilst the outer skin is white. On this version, there is no blue exemption certificate "E" printed anywhere on the inlay. Instead, there are stickers applied directly to the inlay showing "E".
