Hurling Stench Inc. = Pre-Black Lung Productions (band label) First official demo after the departure of Insanity's original Bud Mills (dr) and death of founding member Joe DeZuniga (voc, git). Printed inlay, studio tape. No release date shown on the label/tape itself. Apparantly a slight variant of the inlay exists (spine reads "INSANITY DEMO").
