Side A recorded in 1985 using an SK-1 sampler, a Hi-Fi VCR as a feedback source, and voice. Monolithium features Jim Wilson and Fritz on a tape of congas and guitar manipulated by Thrall, mixed with samples, acoustics and a a recording which I the listener to write me and tell me who it was made by. Recorded in 1987. Sample Feed X2 is a recording of an SK-1 and a Radio Shack reverb box rigged in a 3-way feedback loop through a dubbing buss. Recorded in 1986. Merry Thrallmass is a recording of Thrall having a Christmas day jam with his step-siblings Dougie and Melissa Logsdon using various toy instuments and the childrens voiced imagination. The tape was then processed and elements of feedback and sampling were added to complete the piece. Recorded in 1988.
