Notes

Issued with b&w photo-illustrated World Pacific inner sleeve. The tracklist reflects the record's actual track sequence and is as printed on the labels. The track listing on the back of the jacket has the sides reversed. This was the intended track listing, consistent with the 1958 and 1965 releases of this material. The 1963 Mono mastering as well as the 1999 Angel CD also proliferate the same track mix-up. First cat.nr. on labels, second on spine and back cover. Runouts are etched except 'R' is stamped.
