Notes
1st pressing has purple center labels, includes large folded picture/lyric insert printed in black and white and has a yellow JUDGE logo's. The 1st press came with plastic dust sleeves while all of the other pressings had paper inner bags. Also in the 1st pressing we have PRINTED IN CANADA on the spine. In all of the subsequent pressings this was covered with a pink box. The runouts are etched except "MASTERDISK", which is stamped.
