Now a non-flipback sleeve, Different prefix on labels (S-4273 instead of ST-4273). Last known issue - not reissued in mono this time, and the addresses on the back are unchanged from the 3rd pressing. Identifiable by the labels - the only version with the catalogue number at right. Reissued on reel-to-reel at the same time (judging by this version, there will be no discernible difference there). Catalogue numbers and matrices on right side of labels.
