"A DECCA recording, released exclusively in Australia by World Record Club." 1970 3rd pressing (had been offered in November 1966) on green 'strobe' labels, issued via the "Basic Library" programme, offered to members who might have missed out with original pressings. New addresses, compared with 1st pressing, and slightly different catalogue number on back (S/4045 instead of S/T4045). Reissues by 1970 were only in stereo. Issued on reel-to-reel at the same time. "S/4045" on sleeve, "S-4045" on green 'strobe' labels - at left on side 2, at right on side 1.
