Produced also by T.V.O.R. Mastering engineer uncredited, identified by the matrix etchings. John Golden is credited on back cover but matrix signature proves that Carol Hibbs did it. Processed (Plating/Metalwork) at Greg Lee Processing based on the etchings. Test pressing version of the USA BCT pressing. Blank orange labels, no cover issued
