In black-and-white printed semi-glossy sleeve. Comes with photocopied 8.5x11" insert promoting Four Track Mind (A Retrospective Of Home Recordings, 1980-1983). Recorded between June 1981 and February 1983. Final mix November 1984. Runouts are etched, except for kdisc (which is stamped.) Lacquer cutting, plating companies derived from runouts.
