Unusual presentation - thick single sleeve holding two further sleeves, each with a plastic rod attached to one edge. Issued in mono only. Reissued in 1960, 1961 and 1963 - it seems there was no change to the packaging, but the first two pressings have a flat surface at the edge - from 1961, the groove guard was introduced.
