Notes

"A Melodiya/H.M.V. recording, released in Australia exclusively by World Record Club." WRC 2nd pressing. Two-record set, issued in individual sleeves and not available separately ($7.70 for the two). Not issued on other formats. The album was first released during the transition from the "S/" numbering to the "R-": it still has both numbers on the spine & back of the sleeve, as "R 01869 (S/5753)" and "R 01870 (S/5754)", with the labels still using the outgoing system, viz. "S-5753" and "S-5754". A reel-to-reel, ST 01869,was advertised in the 1976 Sale Catalogue for discontinued stock, indicating an earlier reissue. Issued on a single reel-to-reel, but not issued on cassette. Tan border on front of LP1, with no laminate strip present down the right side of the rear of the sleeve. The LP2 sleeve is unchanged: purple border on front, laminate strip present, not cat. # on back. Runouts unchanged. Issued again in June 1978, in green sleeves and featruing the new R- numbers on the labels. World Record Club: Registered Office - 605 Camberwell Road, Hartwell, Victoria, 3124.
