Througham Slad's Lost Sessions

Limited to 100 copies, each individually numbered. Leslie Penning: "In the winter of '76 one January morning when the Manor Mobile was at Througham Slad, Michael's (Oldfield) new home we recorded 7 of the pieces we had come to know so well. This was meant to form the backbone of my album. However two of those pieces, Portsmouth & Argiers, were used elsewhere (in Mike Oldfield 'Boxed') and the Ampex tape has been gathering dust for 37 years on a shelf in my studio - a mute reminder of a very good year". Tracks 1-7 are remastered from Leslie Penning's original master tape. Tracks 8, 9 the 'Bonus' tracks have turned out to be fake "demo" versions, modified by the owner of Magpie Records (4).
