Comes with label coupon and two 4-pages booklets with different covers. Deluxe edition printed on one of it. Back of the case list has logo for RIAT! Entertainment and CD for MegArt Productions. Also on back of the case, text: "THRASH WISHED FROM MORTAL SIN" (maybe unintentional typo, the original text is "Thrash wished form Mortal Sin" written in gothic typeface, where 's' looks a bit like 'd'). The barcode is questionable as it matches at least one other CD release (http://www.google.com/search?q=3360430004267).
