Distributed in a generic jewel case, no inserts included. Likely released in early 2003 shortly after the December 24 2002 release of "Years Later" & before Cut Throat Comitty Records inked their deal with KOCH Records (meaning this CDr was independently released/distributed by Cut Throat Comitty Records without KOCH). The clean version is a re-recording that swaps out the curse words from the original for clean lines. The street version is the same one that appears on "Years Later", although it is quieter.
