Remastered version, with revised artwork and new liner notes. All songs published by Magic Arts Publishing (ASCAP). Tracks 13 to 15 taken from the Bovine Records "Ruptured Heart Theory" 7". Track 16 taken from the Slap A-Ham Records split 7" with 13. Tracks 17 and 18 taken from the Ax/ction Records split 7" with 13. All bonus tracks previously released on the 7579 compilation. Included a hype sticker on the shrinkwrap with reissue details, a Philip Anselmo quote, and a Decibel magazine Hall of Fame induction excerpt.  (See photos for hype sticker text.) Was part of the "EYEHATEGOD Remasters" series.  (Others in the series were Century Media ‎8263-2 and Century Media ‎8262-2; "EYEHATEGOD Remasters" was printed on hinge-edge of the inner traycard.)
