Comes with fold-over sleeve (back cover photo by Robert Mapplethorpe!), download card, hype sticker on plastic sleeve and liner notes by Henry Rollins and Jack Rabid. Edition of 200. There is also a retail edition of 1,500 on solid pink marble vinyl.
