Not issued on cassette. Includes 28 page libretto with translation, synopsis, cast and historic photographs. The cover of the libretto is black & white, but it is otherwise unchanged from 1st edition, down to the early 1970 address combination. The word "stereo" is absent from bottom-left of the labels, in the post-1978 style. Not issued on cassette.
