Roar!

Created in conjunction with Michael’s artist-in residence for Build Your Own: Tools for Sharing at the Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery. This three second tape loop contains a recording of a lion roaring (from a motion activated sound player) located in the Natural History Gallery at the Norwich Castle Museum. The loop and record label information (printed onto transparent acetate) is encased inside a small corked glass vial. Each copy features a rubber-stamped sticker mounted onto the front of the bottle. Edition of 20 hand-numbered copies.
