1960s pressing plant, production facility (album design, album jackets & label printing) and plating company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Formerly known as Kaybank Recording Corp. Incorporated in 1951 by Vernon C, Bank, John Michaelson and one unnamed business partner; Robert G. Haacke was appointed president and managing director in 1968 from former post of vice president of manufacturing. Construction of interstate highway I-94 forced the demolition of the pressing plant, and it is not known what became of the company after that. From the time Kay Bank ended and the demolition of the plant, the same matrices notation was continued, i.e. 8-XXXX and 9-XXXX.
