Multi-purpose concert hall located in the Japan Center for Cities building in Hirakawacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Opened in February 1959, and closed in 1996. Used for theatre, music, dance, recording, lectures, etc. It's proper name was Nihon Toshi Center Hall (日本都市センター・ホール), but it is most often credited just as Toshi Center Hall.
