The Olympic Stadium "Spiros Louis" (full name in Greek: Ολυμπιακό Αθλητικό Κέντρο Αθηνών «Σπύρος Λούης», also: OAKA) is part of the Athens Olympic Sports Complex, located in Athens, Greece. It was completed in 1982, inaugurated in 1982 for the 13th European Athletics Championship, and extensively renovated for the 2004 Summer Olympic Games. The stadium's attendance was reduced to 71,030 for the Olympics, though the initial capacity was some 75,000. Apart from sports events, it occasionally hosts concerts of major Greek and international artists.
