British record company behind the label Page One, has existed as three separate legal entities all directed by Larry Page. Established 1966 by Larry Page and Dick James, initially manufactured and distributed in the UK by Fontana, in 1970 by Philips. Formerly a subsidiary of Dick James Music Ltd. Larry Page left the original company in 1969 and established a new independent label Penny Farthing, before returning to 'Page One Records' later on.
