German publishing and distribution company, founded by Dr. Heinz Stein. Acquired the labels Supertone (2) and Starlet (2) from Waldenburg & Co. Schallplattenvertrieb KG in 1971. Operated until 1979 out of Munich and then relocated to Utting am Ammersee. Dissolved 2015.
