David Kapralik

American A&R executive, producer and talent manager. He was key executive at Columbia and Epic Records in the 1960s, instrumental in signing Barbra Streisand and Sly & the Family Stone to their first label deals. Head A&R of the Columbia's subsidiaries Date and OKeh. He also ran the April (5) and Blackwood publishing companies for CBS.
