David Yearsley (b. 1965, Seattle, Washington) is an American organist, harpsichordist, fortepianist, musicologist, record producer, and music pedagogue. He serves as Herbert Gussman Professor of Music at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Yearsley studied at Harvard University from 1983 to 1987, earning his Bachelor's in American History. In 1994, Stanford University granted him a Ph.D. in Musicology. Among Yearsley's organ teachers were Edward A. Hansen, Christa Rakich, William Porter, Harald Vogel, and Kimberly Marshall.
