Bill Miller

An American producer and from 1952, director of Capitol Records' international A&R operation. Miller started at Capitol in 1945 as a recording department manager, after which he moved on to work as a pop album producer. As a producer, he worked with Gordon MacRae, Ray Anthony, June Christy, and Four Freshmen, among others. Responsible for the rerecording/reissue of the TIME-LIFE Series "The Swing Era" (15 Volumes with 3 LPs each box) together with David Cavanaugh
