Born on November 7, 1997 in Haicheng, China. Xu Minghao (Chinese: 徐明浩), otherwise known by his stage name The8 (Hangul: 디에잇) is a Chinese singer-songwriter under Pledis Entertainment, and a member of the South Korean boy group Seventeen (6). He is currently the lead dancer, vocalist and rapper for the group, and a member of its performance unit. He is also known by his Korean name, Seo Myungho (Hangul: 서명호).
