British based Publicity & PR executive (b.Apr-1957). Formed Lipsey Meade (Public Relations) Ltd with Judy Lipsey. Worked with many artists and was the PR representative who announced the death of Freddie Mercury to waiting press and fans outside his home in 1991 while working for Mercury and Queen.
