Namek

Portuguese Grindcore band formed in 1998 as Ultrapodre and changed their name to NAMEK in 2001. The band broke up in 2011, but in 2017 they reunited for a one-off show. They have since returned from their hiatus and released their second album "Sophistication is Obsolete" in 2023 (Vomit Your Shirt). After Daniel's (bass) departure from the band in 2024, NAMEK decided to continue as a 3 piece, with Simão handling both bass and vocal duties, Paulo on guitars and Rolando on drums.
